MISUSE OF ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUGS

'Misuse' is when a substance of choice impacts on one's relationships, work, physical and/or mental wellbeing.

I updated my alcohol and drug abuse knowledge in 2010 with a three month sabbatical in a specialist unit. I also work with men who have developed compulsive behaviour such as harmful misuse of pornography.
